Frederick Grace, CCIM
Frederick Grace joined Grace Development in 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language from Duke University. He brings with him a great deal of experience in real estate analysis and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Frederick has worked on the acquisition, financing, leasing, redevelopment, restructuring and sale of over 150 million of real estate throughout the southeastern United States.
Senior Property Manager
Jim Stadler joined Grace Development in 2007. Jim has been the Senior Property Manager for 10 years. His scope of work includes management, handling tenants questions and comments, leasing & lease renewals, and maintenance.
Jacqueline Wright joined Grace Development in 2015 after relocating from the Washington, D.C. area. Having worked at J Street Companies as Director of Lease Administration and for several other regional and national real estate companies, Jacqueline brings a great deal of experience and knowledge of the commercial real estate business to the company. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing her CPA.
Brett Larsen, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Joining the team in 2018 as our new CFO, Brett brings more than 20 years of experience as a finance professional. He brings a wealth of knowledge in best-practices & process improvements from previously held senior financial leadership role in globally recognized company, in addition to having significant experience in the real estate development & property management industry. Brett’s focus will be to deliver increased returns for our investors & excellent service for our customers.
Dan joined Grace Development in summer of 2018. He studied international politics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies. Dan has held a wide variety of roles in disparate organizations throughout his career, most recently working in commercial real estate asset management in the Nashville metropolitan area.
