Frederick Grace joined Grace Development in 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. He brings with him a great deal of experience in real estate analysis and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Frederick has worked on the acquisition, financing, leasing, redevelopment, restructuring and sale of over $150 million of real estate throughout the Southeastern United States.
