About Me
Tatum Reynolds is a Senior Real Estate Accountant with a strong background in public accounting and industry experience across multiple sectors. She earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma before beginning her career at KPMG in Houston. During her time in public accounting, Tatum specialized in auditing clients within the commercial real estate and oil & gas industries, gaining deep expertise in complex financial reporting and compliance.
In 2024, Tatum relocated to Nashville, where she broadened her experience by working in healthcare accounting. In the spring of 2025, she joined Grace Development to return to her passion for real estate accounting, where she now focuses on accounting operations for the firm’s real estate portfolio. She is passionate about collaborating with the property managers and accounting staff to support strong client relationships through efficient operations and reliable accounting.
